Bombisa is a South African design house specializing in bespoke dresses, evening gowns, lobola celebration attire, bridal wear, and custom-made women’s fashion for special occasions.

5. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bombisa specializes in custom-made garments. By placing a bespoke order:

• You agree to provide accurate measurements and design specifications
• A deposit may be required before production begins
• Production timelines will be communicated and agreed upon
• Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective

Because each garment is made to your specifications, minor variations may occur.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Bombisa reserves the right to:

• Change pricing without prior notice
• Refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors
• Require full or partial payment before production or dispatch

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our garments:

• Bespoke and custom-made items are non-refundable
• Ready-to-wear items (if applicable) may qualify for exchange within 7–14 days
• Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt

All returns must be approved in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bombisa shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or courier services
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws, including POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). We do not sell or share your personal information without consent.

10. Governing Law
